The JBSM4F is the fretless version of the JB-SM4. It features two single coil Jazz-Type pickups for traditional robust tone with even balance across the entire frequency range. Each pickup features its own volume and tone control for complete balance between the front and rear pickups. The JB-SM4 four string bass features a Spaulted Maple top over a chambered Mahogany body with the exclusive Boulder Creek "B" cutout. The chambered body helps eliminate weight for a perfectly balanced instrument as well as adding beauty to the body. The 15.5" radius FRETLESS Rosewood fingerboard sits atop a Maple neck for a fast and easy action. Die cast black chrome tuning gears and bridge round out the package.
